IBBI issued guidelines dated May 31, 2018 which replace the Insolvency Professionals to act as Interim Resolution Professionals or Liquidators (Recommendation) Guidelines, 2017 and shall be effective for appointments as IRP or Liquidator under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 from July 1, 2018.
