MCA has vide Circular dated December 10, 2018 extended the time for filing Cost Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 on account of various factors and also relaxed the additional fees payable by companies on Form CRA-4 (Cost Audit Report in XBRL format) upto December 12, 2018, wherever additional fee is applicable.
