BSE Limited has provided the Corporate Announcements Filing System (CAFS*) for every listed company which is required to make the disclosures of any events or information as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
*CAFS is the integral part of the online filing portal of BSE called “Listing Centre”.
