Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has vide its notification dated 30th April 2019 has informed its stakeholders that E Form DIR-3KYC (KYC of Directors) is to be filed by all the Directors on or before 30th June 2019 for the FY 2018-19 and subsequently every year on or before 30th June of the immediate next financial year.
