The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is planning an amendment to the Companies Act that will mandate large Unlisted Companies to file the half-yearly or quarterly reports like the Listed Cos do, for the purpose of tracking the systemically important companies, which pose a risk to the entire system.
