The Annual Report of top 1000 listed entities based on market capitalization shall contain a Business Responsibility Report describing the initiative taken by them in relation to Environment, Social & Governance perspective.
In case of right issue, the entities shall give a notice in advance of at least 3 working days (excluding the date of intimation and record date) to Stock exchange in relation to the record date and its purpose thereof.
