Every Nidhi Company incorporated before August 15, 2019, and not declared as Nidhi Company or Mutual Benefit Society, shall get itself declared as such in accordance with rule 3A of Nidhi (Amendment) Rules, 2019 within one year from the date of its incorporation or before May 14, 2020, whichever is later.
