Due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, BSE has relaxed the criteria for the Companies for listing on the BSE SME platform as Net tangible asset revised from Rs. 3Crore to Rs. 1.5Crore and the Company should have positive cash accruals in any of the years out of the last 3 years. There is no relaxation for the NBFC and Broking Companies for listing on BSE SME platform.
