MCA has inserted the “Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situation Fund (PM CARES Fund)”, after the word ‘Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund’ in item (viii) of Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
