MCA has extended the last date for the following benefits till December 31, 2020:
• Companies Fresh Start Scheme, 2020
• LLP Settlement Scheme, 2020
• Filing of forms related to creation or modification of Charges
• Approval of earlier restricted items in the Board Meeting through Video Conferencing (E.g.: Approval of financials, Board Report)
