All Principal Officers of Insurance Brokers are advised vide circular dated September 10, 2018 to furnish details of offences in cases prescribed in circular and Regulation 14(1) read with Form K of IRDA (Insurance Brokers) regulations, 2018 to avoid any regulatory action.
Further, Form G (Declaration and Undertaking for Principal Officer/Directors/Partners/Promoters/KMP) to submit annually through email at brokers@irda.gov.in within 45 days of close of the financial year.
