BSE Limited has provided the Corporate Announcements Filing System (CAFS) for every listed company which is required to make the disclosures of any events or information as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. CAFS is the integral part of the online filing portal of BSE called “Listing Centre”.
