Form PAS-6 (Reconciliation of Share Capital & Audit Report) introduced vide the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Third Amendment Rules, 2019 wherein the companies shall furnish information for the half-year ended September 30 and March 31 in every financial year for each ISIN separately, is available for filing with effect from July 15, 2020.
