Early Clearance of MSMES’ Bills

Apart from a half-yearly return to MCA and TReDS registration by the Companies, there are two other initiatives taken by the Ministry of MSME are as follows:

  1. Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Councils (MSEFCs) have been set up to resolve the delay payment cases
  2. MSME SAMADHAAN portal has been launched to facilitate online registration of references related to delayed payments
