In continuation of MCA Circular no. 29/2020, the Cost Auditor may now submit his report to the Board of Directors for the FY 2019-20 by December 31, 2020. Consequently, the Company is required to file a cost audit report in e-form CRA-4 within 30 days from the date of receipt of the report.
