In case of new incorporation, the name shall be reserved through web service SPICe + and for change of name of any existing company the name shall be reserved through web service RUN.
Further, an application for Profession Tax Registration and Opening of Bank Account shall also be made through e-form AGILE-PRO in addition to GSTIN, EPFO and ESIC registration.
