IBBI has issued Insolvency Professionals to act as Interim Resolution Professionals and Liquidators (Recommendation) (Second) Guidelines, 2018 for the appointment of Interim Resolution Professional(IRP) and Liquidators for a CIRP or Liquidation process as the case may be recommended by the Board to the Adjudicating Authority from the ready panel of the IPs who has the relevant expertise for various processes under the Code and against whom no disciplinary proceedings are pending.
