MCA has introduced aforesaid scheme by allowing a ‘One-time Condonation of Delay’ in filing statutorily required documents with the Registrar such as Form-3, Form-4, Form-8 or Form-11.
This scheme is not applicable to LLP which has made an application for striking off its name from the Registrar.
Defaulting LLP makes their default good by filing the belated documents on payment of an additional fee of Rs. 10/- per day for delay in addition to any fees is payable, but not exceeding Rs. 5000/-.
Effective date: From March 16, 2020, to June 13, 2020
