A new chapter has been inserted in SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 detailing obligations (tenure, disclosures made to stock exchange, valuations, etc.) of listed entity which has listed its security receipt as defined under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Securitised Debt Instruments and Security Receipts) Regulations, 2008.
